Ghita’s practice focuses on Corporate, Contract Law, Civil Aviation Law, Data Protection Law and Labour Law. She advises companies on corporate structuring, governance matters, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory compliance and day-to-day legal operations. She also assists clients in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various types of commercial and partnership agreements, and more generally on corporate and contract law issues. Prior to joining ADNA, Ghita gained experience in various local and international firms. She speaks French, English and Arabic. Ghita is a member of the Casablanca Bar.
